The police officers attending this evening’s Ruthrieston Residents’ Association meeting reported that they had recently checked around 40 cars parked on one street to discover that 25 were unlocked. Many of these cars had valuables inside them.

Remember, insurance policies may not pay out on claims if cars are left unlocked.
