Aberdeen’s annual Doors Open Day takes place on Saturday 10th September and is a chance to visit buildings not normally open to the public.

Of the 41 buildings included this year 7 are new to Doors Open Day. The new venues include the Anatomy Rooms at Marischal College, the James Hutton Institute and Bucksburn Police Station – including a tour of the cell block.

Other buildings open for the day include Freemasons’ Hall, the Advocates’ Library and the Synagogue on Dee Street.
