I am very annoyed and disappointed that a Scottish Government planning reporter has approved the application to turn “Cafe O’Clay” at 122 Broomhill Road into a shop.
Dozens of residents objected to this planning application which was refused by Aberdeen City Council’s Planning Committee on the recommendation of council planning officers.
It is very disappointing that residents’ concerns about traffic and delivery arrangements have been ignored by the Scottish Government planning reporter.
