I have just received the following update from council staff about Harlaw Academy:

“A classroom in the school’s B block will require significant work to repair it while damage to the other classrooms in the block is minimal. A full assessment will begin today (Monday 14 December). This will clarify the full extent of the damage, and the work required.

“The decision as to whether the school can open to pupils on Tuesday (15 Dec) will be made later today.”
