Action urged on dead street trees

I have asked asked council staff to remove and replace dead street trees on Gordon Terrace, Morningside Avenue, Northcote Crescent and Airyhall Drive.
Please do let me know about any other dead or missing street trees in our area.

What about the dead trees along the Anderson Drive heading towards Asda. Not long planted and died soon after
I will report this.
Still waiting (after 2 years !!) for replacement trees in Morningside Avenue and Gardens.
For a year we had traffic cones on the dead tree locations which were subsequently uplifted.
Seems the Council’s solution to dead trees is to tar the pavement – cost cutting ??
A bit out of step with environmental ‘plant more trees’ principle.
(Or is the council waiting for me to plant my own ???).
