A wide range of issues were discussed at Garthdee Community Council first meeting after their summer break.
The meeting, on Tuesday 13th August, heard a report on local issues from the police and those present had an opportunity to raise issues with the police officers attending the meeting.
There was also a discussion with a senior manager from the City Council responsible for roads in Aberdeen about issues including how roads are chosen to be resurfaced and repaired, different types of resurfacing and winter snow clearing.
A range of other issues were discussed including the recently-published Garthdee Community Council newsletter “AB10-7” and the new Local Development Plan currently being prepared for Aberdeen and its possible impact on Garthdee.
The next meeting of Garthdee Community Council is at 7pm on Tuesday 10th September at Inchgarh Community Centre. The community coucnil’s meetings are open to the public.Leave a comment
