Airyhall Library car park needs to be resurfaced

I have called on council staff to resurface the car park at Airyhall Library as soon as possible. I have also urged that, in the meantime, once again fill the large potholes.
Council staff have told me they hope to resurface the car park at Airyhall Library either this financial year or next financial year. That could though mean the car park will not be resurfaced until March 2021.
The library car park is in a terrible condition with the potholes getting ever bigger. It should be resurfaced as soon as possible.

It would also be great to see a proper path from the library to the community centre & school that would allow wheelchair users and people with pushchairs and young children to move easily between the 2 facilities without having to walk across muddy grass, up and down steps or across a sometimes very busy car park.
I have raised this with council staff and have emailed you directly about this.
