Following the fire on 4th September, I asked the council to make sure the derelict pavilion at the former Kaimhill Outdoor Centre was safe. I urged them to demolish the pavilion if it was not safe.
I was told that the pavilion would be demolished by 23rd September. Over two weeks have passed since that deadline and the pavilion has still not been demolished.
I have contacted council staff again and urged that the unsafe pavilion is demolished without any more delay.

I will contact council staff about the condition of Inchbrae Drive and Gaitside Terrace.
Hi,
Are there any developments – has it been sold or demolished?
Thanks
The pavilion was demolished some time ago.
