A planning application has been made to build 35 three and four bedroom council houses and bungalows on the site of the former Kaimhill Outdoor Sports Centre and the children’s play area off Inchbrae Drive. The proposal includes creating a new play area at the junction of Devenick Place and Ramsay Gardens.

Success – street lights repaired

Council staff have told me they have repaired faulty street lights on Countesswells Road, Hammersmith Road, Gaitside Road and Broomhill Road after I highlighted faults on behalf of residents.

Yet more dog waste bin problems

There are continuing problems with dog waste bins in our area not being emptied often enough. The most recent problem was with the dog waste bin at the grass area between Northcote Crescent and New Fox Lane.
