After I called for action, the council has agreed to resurface the footpath between Ruthrieston Circle and the lock up garages off Ruthrieston Road.

I acted after being told by a resident that he had tripped on the uneven and broken surface of the footpath and injured himself.

The timing of the resurfacing work will depend upon the weather over the winter but hopefully it will take place soon.
