The City Council is seeking people’s views on proposals to introduce double yellow lines at three road junctions in Mannofield. There are also proposals to introduce of 20mph speed limits on four roads.

The Scottish Government’s new law on fire alarms requires all homes – owned or rented – to have interlinked smoke and heat alarms installed by February 2022.

The October police report for Braeside and Mannofield is now available and covers issues including theft, antisocial behaviour and road safety.

Springfield Road will be closed to southbound traffic between Craigton Road and North Deeside Road from 4th until 17th October whilst street light columns are replaced.

Nominations for the elections to the four community councils covering our area have now closed – with mixed results.

The City Council is currently seeking people’s views on proposals for a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the city centre. The LEZ would limit access to the city centre for some older cars and vans. People have until 22nd August to have their say on these proposals.

A COVID Immunisation Clinic is being held for over 30s at Inchgarth Community Centre on Friday 9th July.
