Hi Ian – there is a dead tree outside 20 Gray Street. I do not know if that is already reported.

Jon
I have already raised the dead street tree on Gray Street between Great Western Road and Broomhill Road with council staff. The reply I received was “we will look to remove all dead trees and replant this winter”.
A mistreated or decaying trees are a liability and can decrease property values because they’re considered an impending expense for homebuyers.
