Action – dumped sofa removed from The Woodies

After I urged the council to take action, a dumped sofa and chair were removed from The Woodies off Broomhill Road.

I’d also like to add that the council are doing the bare minimum in terms of grass cutting & general upkeep in the Woodies area.
The area which has been used more than ever over the last year by local children, nurseries & Broomhill School now consists of weeds, nettles, dockens etc.
The length of grass also encourages the dog walkers in the area to leave dog mess hidden in the long grass.
