Dead trees must be removed from The Woodies

I have called on the Council to remove several large dead trees from The Woodies off Broomhill Road.
These trees are completely dead and will become a risk to people as they decay.
Please do let me know about any problems you know of with trees on Council land or in pavements.

You are right to call for the removal (and replacement) of dead trees from The Woodies. It may be an overstretched workforce that causes these to be ignored, but if so a council commitment is needed to deal with this blight throughout the city. It should be the first and most obvious step in regenerating the environment, rather than applying paint to the walls of buildings.
