I am pleased that Great Western Road has been reopened between Cranford Road and Morningside Road.

This section of Great Western Road was closed to traffic due to structural problems with a building.

Great Western Road was reopened after the temporary propping up of the unsafe building was completed and inspected.

I understand that carrying out a permanent repair to the building will only require scaffolding across the pavement, which should mean Great Western Road can remain open whilst the permanent repair is carried out.
