After being contacted by a concerned resident, I have urged the Council to repair the footpath that leads from Deeside Drive to the Deeside Way (the old railway line).
The surface of this footpath is broken and crumbling and there is a risk people may slip – especially as it is on a slope.
Please do let me know about any problems with footpaths or pavements in our area.

Good to see you have asked for this path to be repaired. Can I also point out it’s not easily accessible for people in wheelchairs or those cycling cargobikes or hand bikes who wish to use the railway line. I recently had a friend staying who uses a hand cycle & he had to drive to Cults in order to access the Deeside line. Even for people on standard bikes it represents a steep path which many have to get off & push. It would be great if this path could be further developed to allow easier access for all to the Deeside line.
I have contacted council staff about this.
