Part of the area I represent, Ruthrieston, is in the Ferryhill and Ruthrieston Community Council area. Issues discussed at their meeting on 12th June included the condition of roads in Ruthrieston, recruitment of new community councillors, and a financial report.

The Community Council meets at 7.15pm on the second Wednesday of each month. These meetings, which alternate between Ruthrieston and Ferryhill Community Centres, are open to the public. .
