I met with representatives of Garthdee Community Council, Robert Gordon University, and the City Council on Thursday 18th April to discuss the future of the Garthdee Controlled Parking Zone.

My view has always been that the University has a responsibility to people in Garthdee and that it should continue to meet the cost of administering the Garthdee Controlled Parking Zone. I made that point strongly at the meeting.

The meeting was constructive and positive and we agreed to meet again within the next two weeks.
