Council staff have agreed to repaint the double yellow lines at the junction of Irvine Place and Allan Street. I asked for this to be done after a resident highlighted to me that the double yellow lines were so worn drivers were parking on them and obstructing the junction.
Please do let me know about any other worn road markings in our area.

It’s all very well the lines being repainted, but will traffic wardens enforce illegal parking? At the junction where Irvine Place meets Holburn Road there is always cars parked illegally, it’s only a matter of time before there’s an accident due to obstructed vision.
Joanne, I will ask that the City Wardens give attention to the junction of Holburn Road and Irvine Place.
