Council staff have agreed to carry out repairs to the road surfaces of Ruthrieston Crescent and Ruthrieston Circle after I highlighted to them how badly broken up the surfaces of both roads were.
In their email to me, Council staff said:
“Both Ruthrieston Crescent and Ruthrieston Circle were found to have multiple actionable safety defects, these are due to be repaired within the next 28 days weather and resources permitting.”
Whilst filling the many potholes in these roads is welcome, they both need to be resurfaced and I have urged Council staff to do so.
Please do let me know about any other problems with roads and pavements in our area.
