SSE has repaired the damaged wooden fence at its Morningside Road substation after I highlighted the problem.

One of the places in our area which people most often contact me about is The Woodies off Broomhill Road and I thought it would be helpful to give an update on various issues about the Woodies.

After being contacted by a concerned resident, I have asked the Roads Service to repair potholes and broken areas of road surface in Ruthrieston. 

After I called for action, Council staff patched the footpath that leads from Deeside Drive to the Deeside Way (the old railway line).

After I called for action, the Council has cut back low growing branches on street trees on Airyhall Avenue.

After being contacted by a resident, I urged the Roads Service to repair the road surface of Ivanhoe Road. The odd-numbered side of Ivanhoe Road is particularly badly broken. 

I am pleased that – at long last – the car park at Airyhall Library has been completely resurfaced.

I have asked council staff to repair a damaged bollard on Granville Place near its junction with Great Western Road.
