I am pleased that the work to resurface Kenfield Crescent has been completed. The sunken areas have been removed and the road surface levelled.

Whilst it is good that Kenfield Crescent has been resurfaced, many more roads and pavements in our area need to be resurfaced and properly repaired. I will continue to urge the Roads Service to do that.

My Liberal Democrat colleagues and I, as part of the Partnership that now controls the Council, will also continue to allocate millions of pounds extra each year to the Council’s road and pavement resurfacing and repair budget.
