After being contacted by a concerned resident, I have urged the Roads Service to level uneven paving slabs on the even-numbered side of Abergeldie Terrace.

I am delighted that the trustees of Northcote Lodge care home have bought the area of land between the care home and Airyhall House. This land had been offered for sale as a site for housing development.

After being contacted by a concerned resident, I have urged the Council to repair the faulty flashing 20mph warning sign on Broomhill Road on the city centre-bound approach to Broomhill School. The flashing lights on the sign are not working.

After I raised the issue, the Council has agreed to replace several dead trees on the western side of South Anderson Drive between Ruthrieston Road and Garthdee Road.
